Are you based in Australia?

Yes. We are an Australian-owned company and our customer service team is based in Australia (Sydney)

Is this as fast as the NBN?

Yes. In fact, it’s faster. Subject to the plan you select, the Jamba plans will give you speeds even faster than the NBN via our local wholesale partner, LBNCo.

Is there any limit to data?

No. Jamba plans are unlimited - you can stream, upload and download as much as you wish.

How does billing work?

This is a prepaid service.Each month you will receive an invoice by email. To pay online, simply follow the instructions - it’s easy! For convenience, choose our direct debit option as your payment method.

Will I be bound to a contract?

With Jamba, you can choose if you want to be on a contract or not. Choose between our 12 and 24 month plans or our unlocked month-to-month plan. Our month-to-month plans have no contracts at all and you are free to leave at any time.

Can I pay with credit cards?

Yes. You can pay with MasterCard, Visa and American Express, but there may be a small surcharge for payment by credit card. Please refer to Integra Pay terms and conditions.

Is there a connection fee?

Yes. Connection fees vary according to your plan. They are as follows:

  • Unlocked plans have a connection fee of $99.
  • 12 Month plans are $69
  • 24 month plans have no connection fee

Does Jamba offer technical support if I have any trouble?

Yes. You can call 1300 052 622 and press extension 3 for technical support. Technichal support is available 24 hours day.

Do I have to use a Jamba modem?

It’s easier to use a Jamba modem. Our modems have been preconfigured for your particular service and we can help by offering technical support when you need it. You can use your own modem, however; it will need to be unlocked and you will be responsible for its configuration.

How long does it take to get connected?

You can expect to be connected by the next business day, but it can take up to 48h.

What happens when I move out?

No problems – Please complete the move out form on the website and indicate your new address.

What is LBNCo?

LBNCo provides state of the art, super fast and NBN- grade fibre for voice and data networks. It is a wholesale service provider, which allows retailers such as Jamba to connect both homes and business to the their superior high-speed networks.

What is the difference between Fast, Mega and Ultra speed plans?

All our plans offer unlimited data, and you are able to choose between our 3 high-speed internet packages. Fast is suitable for most home applications such as email, web surfing and HD video streaming. Mega is suitable for streaming and larger families using multiple devices and gaming. Ultra is most suitable for power users such as online gamers and streaming 4k video, or if you require very fast uploads.

Will my internet speed fluctuate?

No. Jamba connections are fibre to the premises which means you get a stable high-speed connection. Although there may be the occasional blip in speed, your overall experience will be a stable and predictable high-speed access.

Why might I have to pay a once-off $300 (Including GST) charge before connecting?

From 2015 the Australian Government Department of Communications has insisted on a mandatory infrastructure fee for all new appartments connecting to the internet. If you are moving into a brand new apartment your landlord may not yet have paid the government-required infrastructure levy. The fee is $300 inclusive of GST but is the responsibility of your landlord/apartment owner. Unfortunately, as a technical requirement to connect your Jamba service, we may require you to pay this fee and claim it back from your landlord, directly or via your strata manager. If your landlord has not paid the connection fee then the steps would be: 1. You pay $300 to Jamba. Jamba pays this on behalf of the landlord to open your connection. We will issue you a receipt. 2. You claim $300 refund from your Strata Manager or landlord. You are lending your landlord $300 so we can get you connected immediately. Talk to your landlord about having this fee reimbursed. If you are unsure if this has been paid please send an inquiry to or call us on 13000JAMBA.

What if i want to leave my contract early?

If you are on a 12 month fixed term contract and you terminate the agreement before the original expiry date, an ‘Early Termination Fee’ of $175.00 will be charged regardless of the length of the term remaining. If you are on a 24 month fixed term contract and you terminate the agreement before the original expiry date, an ‘Early Termination Fee’ of $275.00 will be charged regardless of the length of the term remaining.
